The Regular Skilled Worker Program (RSWP) is also known as the Quebec Skilled Worker Program (QSWP). For the Federal Skilled Workers, this program is a point-based initiative operated independently from the federal government of Canada’s programs.
Individuals who wish to live as permanent residents in Quebec province for work might be eligible for ‘Immigration to Quebec’ via Quebec Skilled Worker Program (QSWP).
A candidate may add their spouse, common-law partner, and any dependent children on their application. However, candidates must note that the RSWP program gives bonus points to applicants with families (especially those with young kids). Applicants invited to apply for Quebec immigration by the QSWP must use the secure Mon project Québec portal. Mon projet Québec permits applicants to complete their CSQ applications, pay for them online, track their applications’ status, modify their application, and access personal electronic messaging throughout the procedure.

To immigrate to Canada via Quebec Regular Skilled Workers Program (RSWP) and to be Canadian permanent residents and reside in Quebec. You are required to apply in the following two stages.
1) Apply to Quebec Government for Quebec Selection Certificate (Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ))
2 ) If Quebec province selects you and issues you a CSQ, you must apply for permanent residence to Immigration, Refugees & Citizenship Canada.
