Québec experience program (PEQ) is a simple and rapid procedure that leads to permanent residency. This program is intended for French-speaking international students who graduated from Québec or worked as temporary foreign workers. There are two streams in PEQ, one for employees in Quebec and the second for students and recent graduates who attended a Quebec post-secondary program.
You must fulfil the program’s general and stream-specific conditions in which you submit your application Candidates must be worked when they submit their application and have gained work experience in Québec. Candidates who successfully apply by PEQ get a Quebec Selection Certificate (Certificat de sélection du Québec, CSQ) necessary to immigrate permanently to the province. Potential candidates who don’t fulfil the PEQ’s eligibility requirements but have worked or studied experience in Quebec might qualify to apply for a Quebec Selection Certificate by Quebec Skilled Worker Program.
