A full-time work offer from an eligible Northwest Territories business is required for candidates. The job must fall under National Occupation Classification (NOC) Skill Levels 0, A, or B.
Applicants must submit results of language tests that show fluency in either English or French suitable for their work offer skill level. Candidates for Skill Level O & A jobs must demonstrate proficiency in all four languages skills at the Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) level 6. The candidates for positions categorized as Skill level B are required to show proficiency in all four language skills at CLB Level 5.
A minimum of one year of full-time work experience in the same field as the job offer is required of applicants

Candidates must currently work in a province profession categorized as NOC work level C or D. They must have worked in this occupation for a minimum of 1 year
According to CLB 4, candidates must describe their language proficiency in either English or French. The results of an official language test will verify language proficiency.
Candidates must have a secure full-time work offer from a modern organization in their current province.
Candidates must have complete educational documents required to do the job offered while there is no education grade.
Candidates must have a minimum of six months of experience working in the same NOC C or D rank for the employer providing the job offer.
Applicants for this stream must prove sufficient settlement funds for themselves and their families. For primary applicants, a minimum of 10,000$ CAD and an extra 2,000$ CAD for each member.
