The Newfoundland and Labrador Provincial Nominee Program (NLPNP) allows the Province to nominate applicants who meet established criteria, for Permanent Resident Status. The NLPNP offers an efficient immigration process for qualified skilled workers, international graduates and their families who wish to settle permanently in Newfoundland and Labrador. With a wave of growth thanks in part to its natural resources, Newfoundland is looking for skilled workersand post-graduates. The province’s economy has gone up significantly due to this new trend that will continue with more success as long as they have the resourceful people who want it! This program allows prospective immigrants to become the growing workforce of this province through its multiple streams.
Suppose you are a skilled worker of NOC Skill Level 0, A or B occupations with a guaranteed employment offer in the federal Express Entry pool. In that case, you may be eligible to apply for the Express Entry Skilled Worker stream of NLPNP.
The Governmental Express Entry policy is adjusted with EE Skilled Worker. Candidates must have an active Express Entry profile to be recognized.
Candidates must have a full-time job offer that meets business standards.
If the proposed job falls under a managed occupation, the candidate is required to demonstrate that they can work in that business. The work proposal must be allocated as NOC O, A, or B Skill Levels.
If an immigrant employee is currently working and performing their duties in Canada, they must prove that they have a legal work permit.
The results of all candidates’ official language tests must fulfil the language proficiency requirements on their Express Entry profiles.
Candidates must have a minimum Canadian secondary graduation or diploma or international certification that has been considered equivalent to a Canadian secondary certificate or degree.
According to NOC Skill Level 0, A, or B occupations, candidates must have at least one year of work experience within the last ten years.
Candidates are required to get a minimum of 67 points on the EESW assessment grid.
If you are an experienced employee, the skilled worker stream will provide you with a work offer from a Newfoundland and Labrador business. Before issuing you a job offer, the employer will require a particular set of skills from you.
Have a full-time legal business offer from a management or qualified organization.
The job offer needs to meet the requirements for manufacturing. The candidates must possess sufficient language abilities, education, and work experience to get the suggested occupation.
The candidate must possess a valid work permit or be qualified if they are currently working in Canada.
The applicants must explain sufficient financial support and settlement reserves to help their children in Newfoundland and Labrador.
Applicants will need to provide evidence of their French or English language proficiency. Applicants for NOC levels C or D occupations must earn at least CLB4 to join.
You are allowed to live and work in Canada after graduation from a post-secondary institution. You are required to apply for the NLNP International Graduate Program. You must either be employed or have obtained a work offer from a Newfoundland and Labrador company.
Applicants must have a full-time job offer from an available and excellent organization in the province to be eligible and qualified for the International Graduate Program.
The work must be acknowledged as a full-time status relevant to their field of study to meet NLNP.
Also, the applicant must meet the knowledge and experience requirements mentioned in the work description.
Candidates must possess the required language skills to complete the work offered. The applicant will need to prove the language test results equal to CLB level if the applicant’s position is at NOC level C or D.
Candidates needed to be secondary foundation-certified in Canada. The institution need not be located in the province of Newfoundland & Labrador, & the study record must be at least a two-year diploma or certificate. The candidate should possess some extra-institutional degrees to fulfil the business offered.
When candidates apply, they must legally work in Canada on a valid work permit. Candidates who received their degree or certification outside of the province must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in their field of study. The candidate must possess the multiple work experience needed to fulfil the job offered.
